Misha is the founder and primary provider of Alchemy Aesthetics — known for creating refined, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique beauty rather than change it.
Before aesthetics, Misha worked as a cardiothoracic transplant ICU nurse in one of healthcare’s most demanding environments. That experience shaped her meticulous attention to detail, calm precision under pressure, and the compassionate bedside manner that defines every interaction at Alchemy.

Meet Dr. Bianna Pazin
MD
Dr. Bianna Pazin, MD serves as the Medical Director of Alchemy Aesthetics by Misha. She is a board-certified anesthesiologist with nearly three decades of experience in medicine, anesthesia, and critical care. Dr. Pazin completed her anesthesiology residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Throughout her career, she has practiced at leading hospital systems in Illinois and Florida. As Medical Director of Alchemy Aesthetics by Misha, Dr. Pazin provides physician oversight and supports the practice’s commitment to patient safety, responsible medical care, and high clinical standards.
