Misha is the founder and primary provider of Alchemy Aesthetics — known for creating refined, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique beauty rather than change it.
Before aesthetics, Misha worked as a cardiothoracic transplant ICU nurse in one of healthcare’s most demanding environments. That experience shaped her meticulous attention to detail, calm precision under pressure, and the compassionate bedside manner that defines every interaction at Alchemy.

With a background in critical care, hospital medicine, and regenerative therapies, she approaches aesthetic medicine with the same precision, safety‑driven mindset, and evidence‑based judgment that defined her years caring for high‑acuity patients. Her ongoing doctoral work in Regulatory and Clinical Research Management further strengthens her ability to evaluate treatments, guide clinical standards, and ensure every service offered is grounded in the highest level of medical integrity.
Jennifer collaborates closely with providers to shape treatment planning, elevate clinical quality, and support beautifully natural, balanced results.
